Can I wait in the lobby for our turn?

No, sorry — we have capacity limits we need to follow. We recommend enjoying a snack in the car, making a quick run to the nearby Target or Starbucks, or visiting the wonderful tropical fish store just above us.

Can I get on the waitlist from home?

Absolutely! Just scroll down to see if the waitlist is open.

What does hitting capacity mean?

It means we’re "full" and can’t allow any additional kids to dig at that moment. While our facility is quite large, we don’t want to pack the sandboxes full of kids—we limit the number of kids so that it is a safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone!

How does the waitlist work?
